ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT


Organizational change cannot happen overnight.  When done well, creating change within an organization requires a strong vision, thoughtful planning, leadership buy-in, and the systems necessary to create influential, long-lasting change.


Jillian Hubbard works with leadership and staff throughout the entire process of creating both large and small scale organizational change.  Jillian will help oversee and implement the assessment, action planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability of the project and will help create the systems and tools to accomplish more successful organizational change and performance. 


Jillian has worked with organizations to strengthen programs and support in the restructuring of departments.  She has also worked with staff and executive leadership teams to assess company culture and to create and institute organizational values.  Through her work with organizations, she has strengthened volunteer, youth, and internship programs.  Jillian's work has helped to improve organizations' problem-solving capacity and their ability to manage future change.
