Jillian Hubbard Consulting
Jillian Hubbard worked with the American Conference on Diversity (ACOD) to assess and enhance areas of the organization aligned with ACOD's plan for growth. Jillian worked closely with the CEO and staff to implement these plans over a six-month time period and also worked to develop comprehensive plans for the organization's volunteer, intern, and student alumni programs. These plans included guidebooks, resource manuals, communication templates, and evaluation tools. Jillian revised and facilitated workshops for their week-long, signature summer camp, Lead for Diversity. Additionally, Jillian provided ACOD with support in grant writing, curriculum development, talent development, program delivery, marketing, and operational systems.
While employed full time at iMentor, Jillian Hubbard expanded her role to work on additional projects for the organization. She coordinated organization-wide seminars on diversity, and she coached staff members in designing and facilitating these hour-long seminars. In collaboration with staff, Jillian created and led additional workshop spaces to discuss privilege in the United States as it related to iMentor's mission. She also partnered with staff to develop and implement iMentor's first organizational values. Strategizing jointly with chief officers, Jillian conducted surveys with leadership and staff to evaluate the success of the values implementation process. Finally, Jillian worked with the Talent Department to create the job description, on boarding, and professional development plan for a new staff position.
